Reminders and refills
Recompose reminds you about your injection the evening before and again on the morning itself, prompts your AM and PM sachets at times you set, and counts down your remaining sachets as you log them, nudging you at five days left and offering a reorder at three, so you never discover the pouch is empty on the morning you needed it.
Injection reminders
Two nudges, not five. The evening before, so you can get the pen out of the fridge and plan the day around it. The morning of, in case the evening one was read and forgotten. You can turn either off.
Supplement reminders
You choose the times for AM and PM. Logging either one closes part of your supplement ring and takes one off your remaining stock.
The refill countdown
Because logging a sachet decrements your stock, the app knows roughly how many days you have left without you counting anything. At five days it mentions it. At three it offers a reorder. Between those two points there is silence.
