What you get free
You do not need an account to see your shot week: the two-question reveal on the home page runs entirely in your browser and asks for nothing. A free account keeps your everyday tracking and everything to do with safety, for as long as you like:
- Your shot week, dose log and injection-site record
- Your daily rings, protein target, protein and water logging, and food search
- One dish and one workout idea each day
- Your weight and Sunday check-in, with your last 4 weeks of history
- Evening check-ins, reminders and refills
- Learn guides, questions to the Recompose team, the Circle community and Calm
- Side-effect guidance, and the cards that suggest a word with your GP or pharmacist
What the app plan adds
- Every dish for the day from the full meal library, with more ideas whenever you want them
- The full workout library, a fresh version of each session daily, and the guided flows
- The muscle tracker: your weekly verdict, monthly strength check-ins and change since day one
- Insights: momentum, trends, nutrient patterns and your week in review
- Progress photos
- Your full history, back to the day you started
- AI food logging from a photo or a description, and barcode scanning
- Companion chat
- The lab tracker and the GP export
What the sachets are
A pouch of 60 sachets: 30 AM and 30 PM, a 30-day supply, posted to your door. They are a food supplement, not a medicine, and they are optional: the app works perfectly well without them.
Cancelling
The app subscription cancels from inside the app, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and does not require you to email anyone. A box of sachets is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account also deletes your data. See deleting your data.
Common questions
