Lab tracking

Recompose lets you type in blood test results your GP has already given you (including B12, ferritin, magnesium, vitamin D, creatinine and HbA1c) along with the date and the lab reference range, and shows them as a trend over time. It never interprets a result. Anything outside a range is routed to a plain "discuss this with your GP".

What it is for

Blood results arrive one at a time, months apart, often in a letter or an app you rarely open. Kept in one place with their dates, they become a line rather than a set of disconnected numbers, which is what your GP would rather see anyway.

What it deliberately does not do

Recompose does not tell you what a result means, whether it is worrying, or what to do about it. Reference ranges vary between laboratories and results are only interpretable alongside your history and symptoms. The app records; your GP interprets.

Taking it to an appointment

Everything you have recorded comes out as part of the GP-ready export, so a ten-minute appointment does not start with you trying to remember dates.
